AI Researcher can get things wrong. A finding can be inaccurate, out of date or incomplete. Reports like yours are exactly how we make it better.
Dismissing a finding
If a finding is not useful or does not look right, dismiss it and tell us why.
- Tap the X on the finding.
- Choose a reason: I've tried this already, Not relevant to me, Too risky for me or Finding needs more detail.
- If none of these are correct add details in the text box, then tap Continue.
Your reason goes to our team and helps us improve the feature. Dismissed findings move to the bottom of the list under Hide dismissed findings. If you change your mind, tap the undo arrow to bring a finding back. You can also tap Add feedback on a dismissed finding to tell us more.
You can also report a finding to us directly using the Leave feedback button at the top right of the screen, or by emailing support@human.health.
Checking a finding yourself
Each piece of evidence in a finding links to its source. If something looks off, open the source and check whether it says what the finding says.
Reporting something unsafe
Some findings need more than a dismissal. Contact us straight away if a finding:
- Tells you how much of a medicine to take
- Diagnoses you with a condition
- Tells you to start, stop or change a medication
- Could cause harm if you followed it
Email support@human.health with a screenshot of the finding and the question you asked. We pass every unsafe report to our safety team to investigate.
Please do not act on the finding. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before you make any change to your treatment.
If you acted on a finding and feel worse
Your health comes first. If you feel unwell, contact your doctor or a health professional straight away. If it is an emergency, call your local emergency number. Then tell us at support@human.health with a screenshot of the finding.
