Sometimes we pause AI Researcher for a short time, or it runs slower than usual. When that happens you see a banner in AI Researcher. This article explains what each one means and what still works.
AI Researcher is paused
We have paused new research while our team checks that everything is working as it should. We do this when we find a problem, or when we want to be extra careful.
While AI Researcher is paused:
- You can still open AI Researcher and read your past findings
- You can still read and save findings in your feed
- You cannot ask new questions
- Followed questions do not get new findings
If a question was running when we paused, it may stop before it finishes. You can ask it again once we are back.
AI Researcher is running slowly
AI Researcher is working, but research is taking longer than usual. This can happen when many people are using it at once, or when a research source is slow.
You can still ask questions and read findings. Your research will finish, it just takes longer. You will still get a push notification when it is ready.
