If you’ve already logged a symptom or Daily check-in but need to update the impact score, edit your notes, fill a gap, or fix multiple entries, you have three easy ways to do it:
1. Via the Insights Page (Best for changing a single symptom)
If you are reviewing your charts and notice a gap or a mistake in a specific symptom's history, you can add new logs or fix multiple past entries right from that screen:
Go to the Insights page.
Tap the Symptoms tab at the top of the screen.
Select the specific symptom you want to manage.
Look underneath your chart and click on the days row.
From here, you can click back through past days and instantly rate (or edit) the symptom below the chart. This is the fastest way to batch-fill multiple missed entries!
2. Via the Plan Page (Best for daily check-ins)
Go to the Plan page and select the relevant day from the calendar bar at the top.
Scroll down to your Symptom Check-in.
Tap Edit on the right side of the entry to change your impact values.
3. Via the Timeline (Best for individual, one-off symptom logs)
Tap the Timeline tab to see your full chronological history.
Scroll to find the specific log you wish to change.
Tap the entry to open its details, make your adjustments, and tap Save.
💡 Tip: Keeping your past logs accurate ensures that your Insights charts provide the most helpful trends for you and your care team. If you delete a log, it will be removed from your charts immediately to keep your data clean!
