📱 How to request a new symptom
Option 1 — From your Profile

Go to your profile (top-left of the app)

Select Get help → Content Request

Add a title (the symptom name) and a short description of what you’d like added
Option 2 — From the homepage

Tap the large “+” button

Select Symptom
-
Tap “+ Add a new symptom”

Search for your symptom
-
If nothing appears, select “Request symptom” underneath No symptom found

If you prefer, send an email to support@human.health with:

A short description of what it relates to
🔎 What happens next
Our content team regularly reviews requests and updates the symptom database so you can track what’s important to you.
If the requested symptom (or something very similar) already exists, we’ll let you know and point you toward it.
Otherwise, we’ll forward your suggestion for internal review, and once approved, we’ll add it to our database.
⏱️ The review process typically takes up to one week.
