If you miss a day, you can complete your daily symptom check-in for a previous date using the Plan page.
How to log a check-in for a past day
Go to the Plan page.
Tap the calendar icon and select the date you want to update.
At the top of the page, select Start next to Your check-in.
Complete your check-in as usual by logging any symptoms that applied on that day.
Once saved, your symptoms will appear on your Insights and Timeline pages just like a same-day check-in.
Helpful tips
If an Ongoing Impact symptom we recommend only updating the symptom if something has changed, for example from Slight to Moderate.
Occasional event symptoms must be logged each time they occur. If they are not logged, they will not appear for that day.
If none of your selected symptoms had an impact on that day, you can use Skip during the check-in.
