You can track four key health metrics: Energy level, Pain, Bowel movements, and Mood. Unlike symptoms, which only track impact in one direction, Vitals can be both positive and negative (like high energy or a great mood), giving you a complete picture of your wellbeing.
There are two quick ways to log your Vitals:
From the Global Add Button
- Tap the purple Add (+) button on the bottom navigation bar.
- Select the Vitals card.
- Choose the metric you want to log, fill in the details, and tap save.
Through Your Daily Check-In
Once you log a vital for the first time, it will automatically show up in your daily check-in survey right underneath your symptoms. You can access your daily check-in anytime from both the Home page and the Plan page.
Tip: You can log multiple entries for the same vital in a single day. If you want to track how a metric fluctuates from morning to night, just add a new entries and assign the specific times.
