Pinned Insights allow you to save specific symptoms or treatments to a dedicated filter on your Insights page.
Once a symptom or treatment is pinned, they are easier to access and remain visible based on an editable sorting order.
Once you pin at least one item, the Insights page will default to the Pinned view.
You can still switch between views at any time by selecting either the Symptoms or Treatments filter at the top.
Note: If you have not pinned anything yet the Pinned section will appear empty.
Pin an item
Select a symptom or treatment on the Insights page to open the chart page
Tap the pin icon in the top left of the insights chart to add it to your Pinned section.
Unpin an item
Tap the pin icon again on a pinned item to remove it.
You can unpin from either the chart view or using the Manage section
Manage Pins
Tap the Manage button located in the top right of the Pinned page.
This opens the Manage Pins screen, where you can organize your pinned items. To pin or unpin a symptom or treatment, simply select the pin icon on the left.
Reordering pins
Drag and drop to re-order your pinned items list.
The order you set here controls how items appear in the Pinned section on the Insights page
Sorting logic
Pinned items appear in the exact order you define in Manage Pins.

Unpinned items follow these rules:
Symptoms and treatments are combined into one list.
Items are sorted alphabetically.
Tip: All pin management is handled through the Manage button within the Insights page.
