All users have access to generating a free 3 month PDF Health Report they can share with their practitioners or care team. There are two main ways to do this:
Top right corner widget
- From any page > Select the down arrow in the top right
- Select 'Progress Report' > Download
- Select a save or send location
Home Page
- Go to Home
- Scroll to 'For you' > find and select “Download Your Health Report"
- Select 'Progress Report' > Download
- Select a save or send location
The report will be saved to your device’s files and includes your overall symptom score, symptom overview, and treatment plan for the last 3 months.
You can then share this report with your provider via email or print it to bring to your next appointment.
Tip: HumanPlus subscription allows you to download custom progress reports and timeline reports.
