How to add a note to a symptom in Human Health
There are two main methods for adding a note to a symptom:
Using homepage '+' widget:
- Click "+" button on the homepage
- Select your symptom you wish to log
- Input details about your symptom (Impact, Note, Time)
- Plus Users: Are able to upload photos/images to the note when they log a symptom
Using your Timeline: If the Symptom has been logged, but you forgot to add a note
- Go to Timeline and select the symptom you would like to add a note to
- Select the pencil icon to edit and add any relevant notes > Save
When you add a "Note" to your Symptom it will appear on your timeline.
