If the Human Health app isn’t behaving as expected, don’t worry! Most issues can be resolved with a few quick steps. Follow this guide to get back to tracking your health journey.
1. Check for App Updates 🔄
We frequently release updates to improve performance and add new features. Ensuring you have the latest version will give you the smoothest experience and access to the latest features.
iOS: Open the App Store > Search for "Human Health" > Tap Update.
Android: Open Google Play Store > Tap your profile icon > Manage apps & device > Find Human Health and tap Update.
2. Sync Your Session 🔑
To ensure you are seeing the most up-to-date version of your health data and the latest app improvements, a quick session refresh can help.
Go to your Profile tab.
Tap on General Settings (the gear icon).
Scroll down and tap Log Out.
Log back in using your email and password.
3. Force Close and Restart 📱
Sometimes the app just needs a fresh start to run at its best.
iPhone/Android: Swipe up from the bottom of your screen to see your open apps. Swipe the Human Health app away to close it completely, then re-open it from your home screen.
4. Check Your Internet Connection 🌐
Human Health needs a stable connection to sync your data and provide insights.
Try switching between Wi-Fi and Cellular data to see if that resolves the issue.
If you are using a VPN, try disabling it temporarily, as it can sometimes interfere with syncing.
5. Notification Issues 🔔
Not receiving your treatment or check-in reminders?
In-App: Go to Settings > Notifications and ensure your reminders are toggled ON.
System Settings: Go to your phone’s main Settings > Notifications > Human Health > Ensure Allow Notifications is enabled.
6. Reinstall the App 🗑️
If you’ve tried the steps above and still need a hand, a quick reinstall can often clear things up.
Note: Don't worry, your data is securely stored. As long as you log back into the same account, your history and insights will be right there waiting for you.
