How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, please do the following: 

1. Open your Human Health App 
2. Select your name in the top left corner
3. Select Get help (scroll to the bottom)
4. Select Delete account
5. Confirm by typing "DELETE" into the text box
6. Press delete account

Note: After you delete your account, all of your profiles and personal data will be deleted and this action cannot be undone or reversed. If you choose to return to Human you will need to start a new profile and start over.

What if I can't delete my account?

If you have a HumanPlus subscription, you will need to make sure you have cancelled this before you can delete your account. You can read more on how to cancel your HumanPlus subscription here.
