Smart Assistant helps you get more out of the data you track in Human by analyzing patterns in your health data to surface personalized insights, recommendations, and reminders.
Core features like your tasks, treatment tracking, charts, and exports work normally without the smart assistant. Where Smart Assistant makes a difference is in the health insights that Human gives you. Without it, any trends or prompts you see will be generic, not specific to what you're tracking.
We're also working on new ways to surface insights from your data, including personalized research features that help you understand your health even further. Enabling Smart Assistant will give you access to these features as they roll out.
