Smart Assistant helps you get more out of Human in two ways. It helps you track more easily, and it gives you more from the data you log in the app.
Core features like your conditions, symptoms, treatments, notes, journals, and any wearablesΒΉ you connect. work the same with or without it. Where Smart Assistant makes a difference is in how effortlessly you can add your health information and the insights Human can get from what you track.
We're also working on new ways for you to get more from your data, including personalized research featuresΒΉ that help you understand your health even further. Turning on the Smart Assistant will give you access to these as they become available.

Turning Smart Assistant on or off
You can change your mind at any time. Turning the assistant off will change your insights experience, but it will never delete your historical logged data.
- Open the Human app.
- Tap your Profile icon in the navigation bar.
- Select General Settings.
- Tap Privacy & Consent.
- Use the toggle next to Smart Assistant to turn it on or off.
