Now that you've set up your appointments, they will appear on the Plan page on their assigned date showing the Title, Details, Duration and Time. Appointments do not have a checkbox (they cannot be marked as 'tasks' that have been completed).
Viewing or editing all of your appointments
To view all of your appointments using the 'View appointments' section follow the steps below:
- Go to Plan > Select the (...) widget in the top right
- Select View appointments

Tap on an appointment to open the details sheet. From here, you can:
- Add a Note or Upload a file for that specific instance
- Alternatively, select Edit to update the details, change the date, time, duration, reminder or schedule (frequency)
- Select Update Appointment to save any changes
Viewing or editing a single appointment from the Plan page
If you know when your appointment is, you can select the date from the calendar and make changes directly from the Plan page.
- Go to Plan > Select the date of your appointment
- Select the appointment > add notes OR select edit to update the appointment details.
Deleting an appointment
- Go to the 'View appointments' page, or the Plan page >
- Select the appointment you want to delete > Select trash icon. This will immediately delete the appointment.
Deleting a recurring appointment
Follow the steps above, however, when you delete a recurring appointment, it will not delete it immediately you will be prompted to select the scope of your change. The options include:
- Delete only this appointment
- Delete this and future appointments
- Delete all appointments - (past and future)
