Human Health allows you to add your medical history to your account, including Acute illness, Injury, Surgery or Medical procedure, Vaccination and Other for everything else. This allows you to quickly view these in your timeline, and also on your Insights chart.
To add a new item to your Medical history:
- Click the '+' widget on the homepage.
- Select 'Medical history'.
- Choose from the available options or select "Add new" if it not listed.
- Add your details including the date and any notes.
Tip: Plus users can upload documents to connect them to their medical history.
What if I can't find my medical history under the options?
First start by going to "All" and searching, if you are still unable to find what you are looking for, you can simply click "Add new" which will appear next to your search term and it will be added to your profile.
Tip: You can filter your Timeline by 'Medical history' to view all your results in a single view. You can also mark any item as Important and it will appear on your Insights chart for your tracked symptoms
