When you set up certain treatments, you can add a 'Refill reminder' to notify you when the supply is low. When logging a new treatment, you will be asked if you want to add a refill reminder, which includes:
- Supply Left (e.g. 30 tablets)
- Remind me at X remaining (e.g. when 5 are remaining)
As you mark each treatment as completed on the Plan page, your logged dosage will be subtracted from the total Supply that was initially selected. When the supply runs low, you will get a notification to refill.
After your refill has been filled, update the Supply Left
- Go to 'Plan'
- Select the Treatment > Update the Supply left
How can I edit an existing refill?
To update your remaining supply (i.e. when you've obtained more of your treatment), the steps are:
- Go to Plan > Select the treatment you wish to edit refills for
- Update the details
Alternatively:
- Go to Plan > Select the circle with 3 dots > Select Manage Treatments
- Select the 3 dots next to the treatment you want to update
- Select Edit treatment > Refill reminder
- Adjust the "Supply left" amount to match your current supply.
Note: If you supply goes to 0 then a red button will appear on a treatment task for that treatment, that takes you straight to that page where you can change your remaining supply. Let us know if this works for you!
