Cancelling your subscription on Google Play
To cancel your subscription on your Google Play account, follow the steps below:
- Open the Google Play Store app on your Android phone or tablet.
- At the top right, tap the profile icon.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions - Subscriptions.
- Select the Human Health subscription.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the instructions.
This must be done 24 hours before the end of a subscription period.
Requesting a Refund on Google Play
If itβs been less than 48 hours since you made the in-app purchase, you can request a refund through Google Play.
- Go to play.google.com.
- At the top right, click your Profile picture.
- Click Payments & subscriptions Budget & order history.
- For the order you want to return, click Report a problem.
- Select the option that describes your situation.
- Complete the form and note that you'd like a refund.
- Click Submit.
